1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within fourteen (14) calendar days after receiving their order.
To qualify for a return:

2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.

After review, Klavon may provide a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund at its sole discretion where permitted by applicable law.
4. Return Authorization
Customers must contact Klavon before returning any item.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Klavon is not responsible for returned packages lost during transit.
6. Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding the outcome of their refund request.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund processing times may vary depending on banks, card issuers, and payment providers.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they enter processing or fulfillment.
Once an order has been processed, packed, prepared for shipment, or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If payment processing fees have already been incurred, such fees may be deducted from the refundable amount where permitted by applicable law.
8. Refused Deliveries and Undeliverable Orders
If an order is refused, unclaimed, abandoned, returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, or returned because customs duties, taxes, or import charges were not paid by the recipient, Klavon reserves the right to deduct:

Any remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Klavon before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.
Klavon reserves the right to provide all relevant documentation, shipment records, delivery confirmations, communications, and transaction information to financial institutions and payment processors when responding to disputes.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in the refusal of future orders and other actions permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Klavon's total liability arising from any claim relating to a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Klavon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or business interruption.
